Ginny sold my sister's condo for me. She is disabled and after I moved her into an assisted living facility I needed to sell her property in order to have the funds to take care of her.  We listed the condo with Ginny and were in the process of moving all of the furniture out and cleaning to prepare the property for showing. Ginny suggested that we install new carpet throughout to give the condo more appeal for a better price and possibly a quicker sale. Ginny even arranged for the carpet installation and for me to pay for it after the sale was closed.  Next as we were cleaning out the condo upstairs and the basement Ginny and her husband, Dan showed up with a vacuum cleaner. While Ginny vacuumed Dan looked for areas where he could do touch up work to increase the appeal. After the appraisal came in Dan spent several days doing some needed repairs.  We put the condo on the market and had several showings the first couple of days.
